This file was a manually created symlink to the
8/Everything/x86_64/Packages/e/epel-release-8-6.el8.noarch.rpm When
the -8 version got pushed to EPEL, this caused the old one to go away
and the symlink to break. I have made this a hard link so that when
the file gets iterated in the future, the old version will be around
so you can keep installing.
