Hi everyone,
It seems that the file at https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-8.noarch.rpm now errors out with a 403. It's either missing or forbidden. That is the path used is most online documentation and the path does like EPEL 6-7.
Is that expected?
