I have put up source and binary packages for a modified version of coolkey-1.1.0 on the Quest Resource Central website:

The release is known as coolkey-1.0.0p1-1
The patches applied in this release fixes the following issue:
Red Hat Bug #245529 - coolkey hangs in C_Initialize() if pthreads library is not linked
