To be able to help you, we need more information. In general in CentOS Stream there shouldn't be any InstallClasses but from what you wrote here I'm not sure if you are using CentOS Stream or different CentOS variant.
Ideally please file a bug in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/ and send reply here with the link to the bug.
