FWIW, Virt Manager installs default to 1024x768. For server, I'm pretty
sure 1024x768 should be universally supported, and where I'm wrong,
there's kickstart and cmdline mode. The one case I can think of for
lower resolution is marginally faster remote desktop when installing
via DRAC/ILOM, but that seems like a minor concern.
