I could add a --make-tar to lmc, but that's just going to run tar on an anaconda --dirinstall run, and then people will want to select their favorite compression scheme so I'll have to add another argument to pass things through to tar and in the end it just seems simpler to run: anaconda --dirinstall --kickstart=... --text tar ... /mnt/sysimage/ -- Brian C.
