No, you only get one updates.img, but like martin said, as long as you
remember to run with -k it will keep any files copied into it. It can
actually replace any file on the initrd's filesystem, including binaries
so it should be able to meet your needs.
Well, I used ./scrips/makeupdates --add=pykickstart... and that created
a good updates image
Unfortunately, it proved that my patch was not quite as good as I
thought it was.
