They're not the same UI experience. Here's why: The Gnome and Mac OS X examples are not full screen; the navigation options consistently and only appear in their own distinct field (the toolbar), which also uses a different background color. These features make their navigation buttons discoverable. With anaconda, the navigation is mixed but it's usually on the bottom. When the Done button appears, it's like a deer in the woods. It's no longer in the expected navigation location setup with earlier experiences, it's up top. So there's a huge context change. Next, the "woods" are the giant words "INSTALLATION DESTINATION" and smaller words e.g. "LOCAL STANDARD DISKS" in between which one finds the Done button separated by only a few pixels. This adds visual noise, and the user is far less likely to notice the Done button. It does not look like an interactive element. On this very same page you have one interactive element on the top left obscured, and another (a Continue button) on the bottom right. I suggest placing the Done button to the left of the Continue button. Same for the Manual Partitioning page: "Back to Destination Selection" should be to the left of "Finish Partitioning". And same for all buttons appearing in the upper left corner, which is not at all an obvious location for interactive elements in this particular UI.
