In this case, the MemFree line of /proc/meminfo increased
    to 236768 kB
  from 207456 kB
       ------
      + 29512 kB  (14% increase from 207456 kB)

14% more RAM is very nice!  but I'm not motivated yet to time
a full install.  Knowing that 383MB succeeds is enough for today,
especially after discovering that netinst.iso can serve
as CD-to-USB trampoline for boxes that cannot boot from USB.
[Press <Tab> when at "Install or upgrade Fedora", then edit
the boot command line to  "root=live:CDLABEL=LIVE nomemcheck"
where "LIVE" is the default label generated by livecd-iso-to-disk.]
