"everything works fine" = download worked fine, burn worked fine, media
was created fine.  That's a whole lot of trust for us to give a process
that's proven itself time and time again to break randomly.

Thse options should only be needed in the case where everything doesn't
"work fine".  For most users, they should not be required.  If they are
required, it's a sign that there's a bug that needs to be fixed.

Once something goes wrong, it's too late.  Once something goes wrong,
you now have a half-installed system.  If we can detect problems before
they crop up, why wouldn't we choose to do so?

Increasing the number of NOTABUGs means we spend more time dealing with
