buildinstall is looking for anaconda-runtime-9.0-4.i386.rpm in the
/mydistro/i386/mydistro/RPMS/

How does the anaconda-runtime-9.0-4.i386.rpm in the RPMS folder impact the
running of the buildinstall script?
