Yes, the pkgorder script is in the script
folder.
I also lost the utils folder and the scripts folder (I
edited buildinstall and genhdlist). However the folders and the scripts are
in my BUILD directory.
Any ideas?
What should I look out for during buildrpm?

Look closely when you rebuild the source. Do you get any errors? Do
you see pkgorder in the BUILD directory?
