The one on the CD?

I think all that's need is to copy the ISO (CD) image to someplace

remove the existing kernel RPMs
Insert the new ones
Create a new ISO image with mkisofs (remembering -b if you want to boot it)
Burn a new CD

It's simpler if you're not using CDs of course.

There is a rough risk the new image will ezceed 650 Mbytes - use larger media, 
delete unwanted kernels before going through the whole build procedure.
