--method=cdrom://<device>/<path/to/cdrom/mount/point>

eg: --method=cdrom://hdc/mnt/cdrom

As always, the best place to find out what's going on in anaconda is the
source. If you install the anaconda RPM, you'll have the complete python
sources in /usr/lib/anaconda.
