Hello,

I am running Alpinelinux on a mini computer with atom x5-Z8350 and
bytcr_rt5651. When I try to play sound with aplay I get:

Playing WAVE 'test.wav' : Unsigned 8 bit, Rate 8000 Hz, Mono
aplay: set_params:1416: Unable to install hw params:
ACCESS: RW_INTERLEAVED
FORMAT: U8
SUBFORMAT: STD
SAMPLE_BITS: 8
FRAME_BITS: 8
CHANNELS: 1
RATE: 8000
PERIOD_TIME: 125000
PERIOD_SIZE: 1000
PERIOD_BYTES: 1000
PERIODS: 4
BUFFER_TIME: 500000
BUFFER_SIZE: 4000
BUFFER_BYTES: 4000
TICK_TIME: 0

And this on dmesg:
[86213.329777] Audio Port: ASoC: no backend DAIs enabled for Audio Port
[86213.329791]  Audio Port: ASoC: dpcm_fe_dai_prepare() failed (-22)

Same dmesg errors when I try to run spotifyd.

I noticed that there are many people with similar problems who fixed it
with UCM (e.g. https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=312795) but
I don't understand what should I do.

Any idea? Thanks!

Regards.
