[Intel HDA][ALC3226] Microphone audio too low, high white noise

Hello,

 

I am having problems with using the microphone on my Dell Precision M6800.

 

It has the Realtek ALC3226 chip here is more information

Are there any quirks needed for this chip? the white noise is pretty bad.
