This is (I believe) H77 and Ivy Bridge. The latter is not mentioned on the alsa driver page for Intel. The issue has been reported to alsa (0005594) and Bugzilla (kernel 836741) This is an x86_84 Fedora 17 system. Hardware confirmed with Windows 7. The driver that is loaded is hda_intel.
