Usb audio card CM6206 - noise while recording audio

Hi, alsa-user readers especially those lucky guys who own CM6206 usb audio card.

I am trying to record audio from this card. Arecord works great but
there is one small problem.

When i am starting arecord low noise appears on the background. It is
definintely can be figure out when there is no signal.

Pay attention to the fact that when there is no access to audio device
noise does not appear.

I have attached sample audio file to verify this issue.

My operating system is

Linux  3.0.0-16-generic #28-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jan 27 17:50:54 UTC 2012
i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=11.10
DISTRIB_CODENAME=oneiric
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 11.10"

i have updated alsa-base to 1.0.25 version.

i did not test it under windows.
