Hi I have an P55-GD65 motherboard with an intel HDA onboard sound card. The board Has an CD input which I connected to my dvd drive. But there is no mute button or volume control for the CD line in in alsamixer and I don't get any sound. Is this something I can fix with a config file or does the driver not suppor this input?
