I'm happy now because a just get it working: I only need to use the subdevice 7 of my card 1. Using "aplay -D hw:1,7 file.wav" I hear the file content, and using Mplayer I can play a file with sound properly played. Now I only need to test if a /etc/asound.conf file should work for set the default PCM to this device. A lot of thanks for your help! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Start uncovering the many advantages of virtual appliances and start using them to simplify application deployment and accelerate your shift to cloud computing. http://p.sf.net/sfu/novell-sfdev2dev _______________________________________________ Alsa-user mailing list Alsa-user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/alsa-user
