How to get SB X-FI working on Fedora 12

I think I read that the latest version of alsa is now able to detect and
use the Sound Blaster X-Fi cards. I am running Fedora 12 and a lspci
shows the following:
04:00.0 Audio device: Creative Labs [SB X-Fi Xtreme Audio] CA0110-IBG

KDE appears to see it as the card as HD-Audio Generic(CA0110 Analog)
however when I run a test nothing comes out of the speakers. What do I
need to do to get ALSA to work with Fedora 12 and the Sound Blaster X-Fi
card I have?

I am running yum to update the software on my computer but it looks like
I can only get an older version of the ALSA firmware that way.
alsa-firmware-1.0.20-2.fc12.noarch is what I am running. Are there any
rpm's for fedora that I can load to get a more up to date version of alsa?

Thanks
