Building with aloop

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi,

I'm trying to build ALSA with the aloop driver but the snd-aloop
module just never gets built. I'm following the instructions from:

<http://www.alsa-project.org/main/index.php/Matrix:Module-aloop>

[snip]
./configure --with-cards=aloop --with-sequencer=yes
make

ALSA modules were successfully compiled.

/root/alsa-driver-1.0.17/acore/snd-timer.ko
[/snip]

If I follow the same instructions for the dummy driver it works (that
means snd-dummy.ko is being built and I can load it with modprobe).

Any idea or advise what could be wrong?

Thank you very much,

James!
