Just follow emu10k1-jack.txt in the kernel documentation or alsa-driverdocumentation.
That is, in qjackctl, you must chooseAudio -> DuplexInput Device -> hw:0,2Output Device -> hw:0,3Input Channels -> 16Output Channel -> 16
The achievable latency will depend on the kernel. It will be lowest with a rtkernel. Otherwise, you can choose desktop latency in the kernel config (Iguess that this will be the default choice in most modern linux distributionsand this will be enough in most cases). In any case, in order to get the lowestachievable latency with a kernel, you must install and setup one ofeither the realtime module, pam rlimits or rtlimits (3 different way to do thesame thing: assign the priority of the audio related tasks (or whatever tasksyou want to setup one of those for)).
