Hello Bill, thanks for the help. Well, my mistake on rc :). I've downloaded the .15 version again, and the install.sh was there, maybe I had a problem unpacking last time. So this time I've followed the instuctions, used the alsaconf from alsa-utils to configure my card, it detected the hda-intel. Then I ran modprobe snd-hda-intel and I get this: "WARNING: Error inserting snd_hwdep (/lib/modules/2.6.22-14-generic/kernel/sound/acore/snd-hwdep.ko): Unknown symbol in module, or unknown parameter (see dmesg)" and still I have no sound at all. Any other suggestions? Best regards On Dec 26, 2007 10:41 PM, Bill Unruh <unruh@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > On Wed, 26 Dec 2007, Vinicius Carvalho wrote: > > > Hello there!
