Use 1.0.14 final.

So far, so good.  The NM2210 is found in snd-opl3sa2 as a supported
PnP device.  So, you don't have to (rather shouldn't) give any module
options.

Hm, the old kernel might be a problem.
Anyway, it must be set up through PnP layer.
