Hmm, I have the following "output" faders in Kmix:

- master
- PCM
- Center
- LFE
- IEC985 Playback AC97-SPSA
- PC Speaker

I don't see any "headphone" fader anywhere.

How do I do it? I have neither "headphone" fader, nor "headphone" jack.
