Rear speakers not playing with CMI9761

Hi, I was able to correct the test sounds playing on the wrong
speakers (which was originally described here:
http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_id=31186443&forum_id=1751)
with a simple ttable in .asoundrc:
                ttable.0.0 1
                ttable.1.1 1
                ttable.2.4 1
                ttable.3.5 1
                ttable.4.2 1
                ttable.5.3 1

But now I just absolutely cannot activate the rear speakers in the
surround51 mode. Both fronts and also both centers (Center+LFE) are
OK.
The problem is that
speaker-test -twav -c6 -Dplug:surround51
just ignores the rear speakers.

Is there a way to solve this problem? The guys in #alsa told me to
describe the problem in bugtrack, so I opened a new log:
https://bugtrack.alsa-project.org/alsa-bug/view.php?id=2693

Could you just tell me if there's a way to solve this problem or is a
new card probably the easiest solution?

Thank you in advance,
Adam
