Unfortunately not.  For example,

- Dynamic configuration via unsolicited events like pin detection
- Hidden features like vendor-specific widgets
- Misimplementation, e.g. EAPD and mute-LED
- GPIOs, which are pretty device-specific

These things cannot be generalized.  There are some patterns, but a
perfect "generic" code is impossible.

No idea.  I have neither windows driver nor windows machine, and no
interest in reverse engineering :)
