error due to change in runlevel.....

Hello,

 

I have Redhat 9 running on my system and

i changed the runlevel in the file /etc/inittab to 3 and reboot the system and

tried to run the command startx to start the GUI, but i got an error

 

I am send the log file that it genetated, please advice.....
