I recommend you specify
Screen 1
in your SECOND device section.
Note, though, I have a notebook computer with an ATI Mobility IGP 320M and still haven't been able to get a second monitor to work right. I have seen similar concerns in this discussion group but not with a solution that worked for me. Thus, I believe you need the above but it still may not work.
