I have a Dell PC with RedHat9, and the video card is an NVIDIA GEFORCE.
I would like to setup the xfree86 to run at 24bit color depth and run a program at 8bit color depth because it runs nuch better at 8bit. When i run this programs at 8bit color depth the response was : 8bit PseudoColor Visual not available, used 24bit TrueColor Visual.
Can you suggest to me how can I run the programs at 8bit with the xfree setted at 24bit? So How can setup a xfree to run with 2 different Visual?
