I am a newbie so I want to make sure I'm doing this correctly.
I submitted the below help inquire on Wed. 1/5 & have not gotten a single response.
I noticed someone sent one in today & got immediate response.

Is my subject wrong? Is the message offensive in some way?
My Email address offending someone? Help? What did I do wrong?

John

Subject: #9 GXE64

I have a debian install which I'm trying to get to work with a Number Nine GXE64 w/ S3 Trio64 graphics card.
When I start the X server I get the following errors in the log:

(II) LoadModule: "s3"
(II) Loading /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/drivers/s3_drv.o
No symbols found in this module
(EE) Failed to load /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/drivers/s3_drv.o
(II) UnloadModule: "s3"
(EE) Failed to load module "s3" (loader failed, 0)
(II) LoadModule: "mouse"
(II) Loading /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/input/mouse_drv.o
Not loading .debug_line
(II) Module mouse: vendor="The XFree86 Project"
        compiled for 4.1.0.1, module version = 1.0.0
        Module class: XFree86 XInput Driver
ABI class: XFree86 XInput driver, version 0.2
(EE) No drivers available.

Fatal server error:
no screens found

The s3_drv.o IS there. Can anyone help?

John
