Hi everyone, I've been trying to to solve this for a couple of days now. I've read all the documentation I could find, with no changes. I've installed all the autodection packages to see if my variables were wrong. I've installed XFree86 manually (not using apt-get x-window-system). The system is debian with kernel 2.2.20-idepci on a i686. The video card is a Riva tnt2, which should be compatible with the 'nv' driver. Then monitor is an emachines eview17 I've got the right specs for it. Keyboard and mouse are standard us layout logitech cordless combo. I've attached the comfig file and the log file. If anyone could help me out I'd really appreciate it. Thanks Erik
