Thank you! That did the trick! But, what is PreProcessCmd used for?
For instance, in linux.cf it is set to:


#define PreProcessCmd		CcCmd -E


while CppCmd is:


#define CppCmd		cpp


as you suggest.

 

At any rate, my new XFree86 is running great now!
