problem with nvidia drivers

hi,
  i have installed NVIDIA drivers on linux version 2.4.20-8. I am running
two linux versions on my system. Another version is 2-4-18. when boot in
the another version i could open  startx. it is giving the errors when i
type startx. i am sending the log file related to it as an attachment to
this file.
