Hi there! I have two problems with my X:
1:
I have an intel 845GV board with graphics card as follows: VGA compatible controller: Intel Corp. 82845G/GL[Brookdale-G]/GE Chipset Integrated Graphics Device (rev 01)
My xserver is running fine due to great help from this list, but i can't use resolution higher than 1024x768, although i got a monitor which can do 1280x1024.
Your log says:

Your monitor section is skrewed. Set HorizSync to 30-80 and VertRefresh to 60-75.
i use debian/testing with a 2.6.4 kernel, XFree86 Version 4.3.0.1, and the i830 driver from intel. lsmod says:
Module Size Used by ... ... ... i830 68140 0 ... ... ...
i add my XF86-config file and the xfree.log at the end of the mail
2: after doing an apt-get upgrade (which upgraded X as well, i am unable to use the greater/smaller keys, plus the pipe sign (first ones are invoked without AltGr, second one is) on a german keyboard.
Your log says:
> Option "XkbModel" "pc104"
Change that option to pc105 in your XF86Config-4.
