What is the best way to get this info? Is it stored in XF anywhere?
I know about read-edid and ddcprobe, but I'd a different way -- one that
doesn't involve LRMI.
I've also tried ddcmon kernel module, but it doesn't work on any of the
linux boxes I have ( redhat 9.0, and a couple of mdk boxes).
I can see that XF queries the adaptor at load time -- can I get this
info from X?
