Problems Video Playback (avi/dvd)

Hi everyone,
I'm using an embedded Pc with C&T 69000 Graphics. When I'm trying to play a Avi/Divx file with kaboodle there is an pink vertical stripe quite in the middle of the picture. While left of this stripe there are pink pixels flickering (snowy), the right side is totally perfect. I get the same effect in xine even at startup with the xine-logo.
It's only the video window that has this error, everything else is viewed perfectly. The strange thing is, mpeg videos play without this problem.

I'm using XFree86 4.3 on Slackware 9.1. XFree is configured to use the chips drivers and the settings are 24 bit depth and 800x600. I've tried other screenresultions, but that doesn't change anything. 16 bit depth makes all videos have strange colors.

Can anyone help please?

Greetings
Christian Kluge
