Hello, I have successfully compiled 64bit XFree86 4.3.0 for ppc64 after applying the ppc64 patch in Linux box. Now I am not able to load the XServer using startx command. I got the following errors. (II) Loader running on linux (II) LoadModule: "bitmap" (II) Loading /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/fonts/libbitmap.a *** If unresolved symbols were reported above, they might not *** be the reason for the server aborting. Fatal server error: Caught signal 11. Server aborting I also have checked the path. The file is exist in /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/fonts/ directory. I have attached the log file also.
