Same machine here, stuck at some other point. 
Which OS? lsmod output? lspci output?

I can see from your config you don't have VideoRam se in Device section
but I gesss you have tried that.

I can see from the logs DRI isn't working for you. Do you have i830
module installed?

What if you run just 855wrap and then run startx?
