I'm trying to make X 4.3.0 running on my Toshiba T2100CT (486-DX2 50MHz) video : c&t 65540 1Mb
Everything works fine with svga or framebuffer (easily, no modelines at all), but I can't make it work with de accelerated C&T driver.
I tried a thousand of different modelines settings (found on many web sites) but I no one succeeded in syncing with de LDC.
I also tried the different options UseModeline and FixPanelSize
I always have a wavy screen (like when we see computers screens on TV broadcast) and X freezes : I have to switch off the computer.
The screen is black, with some color dots (say 10), and when I switch CRT/LCD 4 times to come back to the LCD screen, it becames blue (wich is the desktop color), but the bad timings are the same )-:
I really don't know what to do, after a few weeks of searching how to make it work (fb is reeeeeeally slow on this machine) )))-:
If you have any idea, any suggestion...
