   "xhost +" allows your Fedora box to accept connections, but
did you redirect the display in the shell on the Debian box to 
tell it which X server to attach to?  You'll want to set the
DISPLAY environment variable to describe the X server's name
(eg. "Fedora.Host.Name:0.0").
