Why don't you read that error message? However I'm not using mandrake 
nor rpm, but it is easy to see, that you have a libGL.so file already 
on your system ("... /libGL.so.1.2 from install of ... conflicts with 
file from package ..."), and when you're trying to install this 
package, it tries to overwrite it. I've heard that the fglrx's libGL 
file is newer than the XFree-4.3's, so you should overwrite it (after 
you've made a backup of the original of course).

$ rpm --help

  --replacefiles[|=0x30]           install even if the package replaces
                                   installed files
(...)
  --force[|=0x74]                  short hand for --replacepkgs 
--replacefiles
(...)
