Problems with monitor

Hi all,
My monitor SOMETIMES becomes black and trying CTRL+ALT+BACKSPACE doesn't kill X
server, or maybe it does, but the monitor still remains black.
So the only solution is to reboot with CTRL+ALT+CANC.
I have an intel i810 chipset, Pentium 3, 256 Mb RAM, using Slackware 9.1.
I attach XFree86.0.log.old and XF86Config, if you need aditional info about my
hardware ask me, i do not know what do include..
Teo.
