Here's one I've been using for a while:
Modeline "320x240"     20.00  320 324 372 388  240 244 246 254 doublescan
It may not be the perfect @60 that you are looking for, but at least it's 
accepted by my Radeon chipset, so if your monitor can handle it ... give it a 
try. :) The reason I used a dot clock of 20.00 is because my Radeon refuses 
to use anything below that.
