[XFree86] error in XFree86 4.3.99.15

Hello,

I did a portupgrade -a on my freebsd box. X-Server snapshot changed from 4.3.99.12 to 4.3.99.15. After that update the X-server crashes (Fatal Server error - caught signal 11)
What changed and what can i do, that the X-server will run again


software: freebsd 4.9 stable
hardware: Mini-PC via m10000 (1Ghz, 256 mb ram, 30 gb harddisk) with cle266 graphics onboard
