The driver thinks it's the DVI connector since the monitor says it is: (II) NV(0): Digital Display Input but there are alot of broken panels out there that report digital even on their analog inputs. If you are using the VGA connector and not the digital one, add: Option "FlatPanel" "FALSE" to the Section "Device" of the XF86Config file to tell the driver to force analog.
