know.  Does the problem come from that bug regardless?

I just signed up for the great mailing list here and
was surprized that so many people are having the same
problem with Mandrake Linux 9.1's X-Server not
working.  I thought that Mandrake 9.1 would be ready
for newbie prime time, but apparently not.

I can go to the University of Arizona library and
download ISO's of any linux I want, so do you or
anyone else have a suggestion as to which distribution
would be the most trouble free? (LinEx, the
woody-based distribution from Spain, works fine, but
it's missing a lot of features.)
