[XFree86] trident on CyberBlade XPAi1

First thanks for the driver, it lets me use my Toshiba Laptop.

What doesn't work though is viewing anything with xine:

          x version
driver 4.2.x      4.3.0
-----------------------
xv     crash      sloooooow
xshm   crash      sloooooow
x11    crash      crash

slow means maybe one or two frames per second when viewing a quicktime
video, with the window being about 200x200 dots in size.

Can there be anything done to make viewing videos on the CyberBlade XPAi1
usable? Under Windows XP I have no problems looking at a mpeg movie in
fullscreen mode...
