[XFree86] External Screen doesn't work with a NVidia Geforce 2 GO and a laptop

Hi all,

I have a NVidia Geforce 2 GO videocard on a laptop, so I want to use my external monitor for presentations, but it doesn't work. I have tried installing the latest driver from NVidia which gives some progress: from an image of a testscreen (lots of colors on a text screen) I go to a black screen.

I use RH9 with XFree86 4.3.0.
